      Homemade Sugar Free Ice Cream

      In a medium bowl, mix together all ingredients. Pour into ice cream maker and craft your frozen treat.

      For an even healthier version, substitute Greek yogurt for the cream. Greek yogurt is different from traditional yogurt because it is strained to remove whey, which results in about 40% less sugar and sodium and about double the protein of typical yogurt.
